上杉さんは、約2年前の検察報道のときに東京地検から呼び出しを食らった前後から、法務省の人に直接、『ひっかけられるなよ』とアドバイスを受けたようです。その内容は『駅のホームでは女性と男性ふたりの3人いれば、ハメるのに十分だ』と。電車内である必要すらなく、駅の構内で女の人が『キャー！』と叫んで、残りの男が上杉さんの腕をつかんで、もうひとりが『あいつです』と言えば出来上がりだと。その忠告を受けて以来、上杉さんは電車に乗るのをやめています。当初はタクシーで移動して、その後は車を買いましたからね。移動はすべて車。お酒もその日から、都内近郊ではいっさい飲んでないですね。いつもノンアルコールビールですし。あと、新幹線のホームでは柱を背後にして、両手に荷物を持つようにしているそうです
